Order Confirmation: After placing an order on our site, please allow up to 2 days for us to confirm it. This is due to our partnership with WP, which helps manage our orders.
Order Processing: Once confirmed, your order will be processed within 2 to 4 days.
Shipping: After processing, your order will be dispatched through our shipping partner, which typically takes 7 to 15 days to reach your delivery address, depending on your location.
Should you decide to cancel your order, please do so within 48 hours of placing it. You can easily initiate the cancellation by emailing us at its.spelleva@gmail.com
Please note that a 4% processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount for eligible cancellations due to payment gateway charges.
We do not offer cash refunds. Returns are only accepted in specific situations:
Manufacturing Defects: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or any product defect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Condition of the Item: The returned item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with all tags still attached.
If a return is authorized, the item must be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense. Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will offer either a replacement or store credit.
We provide Exchanges under the following conditions:
Using Store Credit: Any store credit received from an approved return can be used toward your new purchase.
Request a Return: Email us with your order details and reason for returning the item.
Return Shipping: Once the return is approved, we will provide the return address. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Store Credit: After we inspect the returned item, we will issue store credit to your account or send it to your email.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the items.
Condition for Store Credit: Any items that are returned damaged, used, or incorrect will not qualify for store credit.
No Refunds in Cash: We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
